Andrew, Rob as I knew him, and I met at school and were lifelong friends. I was honoured to be his Best Man at his wedding. We enjoyed many fun times over those years, interesting conversations and good fellowship. Following development of his early career in the UK his move to The Netherlands continued his successful career. From time to time we visited each other, including times spent with other old school friends. Rob’s daughters and grandchildren meant so much to him and news of them and opportunities to see them were greeted by him with the greatest of delight and appreciation. Rob was a good man, kind and interested in people. He was always good company and we shared many, many good times together over the years. I will miss him greatly. May he rest in peace.
